Using the service
SWGOH.io provides SaaS tools related to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. When purchasing or using the service, you should review these conditions and the Privacy Policy. Access permits use of the features available to your account and guild within the applicable plan.

Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Guild membership and permissions may be verified against game data. Changes in your role or guild may affect access. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, notify support.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access others' data without permission, impersonate people, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content or harm availability. Do not extract information abusively or share third-party credentials. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse or security risks, with information and an opportunity to clarify where feasible.
Free and paid plans
Capabilities and limits are displayed on Pricing and may vary by plan. Subscriptions are linked to a guild and do not make a user an administrator. Polar manages checkout and billing: before paying, review the amount, currency, applicable taxes, billing cycle, discounts and renewal terms shown there. Recurring subscriptions renew under the accepted conditions unless canceled. The free plan may include advertising; paid plans include an ad-free experience.
Cancellation and payment requests
Subscriptions can be managed through the billing section and the available Polar portal. Cancellation and its effective date are reflected in the subscription status. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support with the transaction reference, without full card details. Each request will be reviewed under the purchase conditions and applicable rights; these conditions do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and results
The service depends on infrastructure, game data sources and external integrations. Maintenance, delays or interruptions may occur, and data or estimates may contain errors. The tools support your decisions and do not guarantee event results or benefits in the game. No specific availability guarantee is offered unless expressly agreed. Any liability will be determined under applicable law.
Trademarks and content
Access does not transfer ownership of the software or game assets. You retain applicable rights over content you provide and permit its processing as needed to provide the service. SWGOH.io is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Electronic Arts, Capital Games, Disney or Lucasfilm. Star Wars, Galaxy of Heroes and their assets belong to their respective owners.
Applicable rules and inquiries
The project operates from Colombia and these conditions are interpreted under its applicable rules, without affecting mandatory protections available to users. You may submit questions or complaints through the published channels. No waiver of rights or exclusive dispute resolution mechanism is required.
Changes to the service and these conditions
We may adjust features and these conditions as the service evolves. Relevant changes affecting a subscription will be communicated through appropriate means before taking effect, respecting the purchased conditions and applicable rights. Check the update date and contact the project if you need clarification.
